Track missing documents and prepare a precise follow-up
A document you have received is not always usable. An old version, an unreadable file or missing information can still block your case. Dossier Fluide helps one person see what still needs to be provided or corrected, then prepare a targeted message.
A one-time €17 purchase — a French-language offline tool, PDF manual and ZIP kit. View the contents and buy Dossier Fluide in the shop.
A practical case: four documents, two points to follow up
-
Programme: checked. No further request.
-
Participant list: awaited. Request the agreed version.
-
Room plan: needs correction. Request confirmed capacity.
-
Building access: not applicable. Online session.
Completeness is one checked document out of three applicable documents, or 33%. The follow-up prepares only the two outstanding requests. The user performs the check; the tool does not verify a document’s authenticity.

Who is this kit for?
For trainers, freelancers, associations and small teams where one person tracks the case. It helps clarify requests and prepare follow-ups. To receive files, work together in real time or send automatic reminders, choose a document collection portal or your team’s existing tool.
Three steps to use it
-
Open the tool on a computer and adapt the scenario to the documents actually needed.
-
Check each document and record its status: to request, awaited, needs correction, checked or not applicable.
-
Review the prepared message, save your work, then send the follow-up through your usual channel.
Questions before buying
Do I need a subscription or AI account?
No. The tool runs locally and uses no API key. It assembles messages based on your choices.
Are documents uploaded to the tool?
No: documents are neither stored nor collected. You track statuses and the corrections to request.
Can several people work together?
There is no synchronisation. The licence covers one user and one active case at a time. A manual backup is required.
Does it work on a phone?
A computer is recommended for preparation; support for opening local HTML files varies on phones. The separate PDF makes the guide easier to read.
