- Select a partner in the workshop, complete objectives, dates and clauses, then generate a document.
- Review and approve the document; record status and deadlines in AccordPilot. Back up regularly.

A practical example: preparing an international partnership
An international relations team selects a recorded partner, reuses its identity in a Letter of Intent, adds cooperation objectives and exports a Word draft. After review and signature outside the application, the team keeps the document and records agreement status and expiry date. The next follow-up stays linked to the partner.

Extra work, bespoke migration, third-party integrations, custom training and major redesigns require a quotation. No 24/7 service is included. Order terms and applicable statutory rights remain reserved.
One organisation, AccordPilot and one authorised computer per certificate. FR and EN share the same entitlement on that computer. Acquired releases remain usable after maintenance ends. Applicable taxes are specified at checkout.
Agreement management and licence questions
Is this an online service?
AccordPilot installs on Windows 10/11 x64 and runs locally in your browser. Business use does not require a subscription or permanent connection. It is not a shared SaaS workspace synchronised across computers.
How is the licence activated?
After purchase and installation, export a request from Licence with your organisation and order reference. Send it to contact@docpilotia.com. Following verification, the seller returns a signed .dplicence file to import. Download and activation are separate steps; instant activation is not promised.
Do I need to buy both languages?
The FR/EN control changes the interface language and remembers it per account. Choose one kit for installation: both editions share data and entitlement on the authorised computer. Additional computers need appropriate entitlements.
Are generated documents ready to sign without review?
Templates support document preparation. Review and appropriate approval are required for your circumstances. Electronic signature and Erasmus Without Paper transmission are not integrated.
Can I recover my information?
Lists export to CSV, Excel and PDF. Encrypted backups include the database, settings and attachments. Keep an external copy and store the licence certificate separately. Restoring data does not transfer licence rights.
Can I change computers?
Reinstallation on the same computer may reuse the certificate if its fingerprint remains unchanged. Hardware changes or another computer may require reissue or a seller-approved transfer and ending use on the previous computer.
What is included in the download?
A self-contained Windows installer, English instructions and usage licence, 7 PDF guides, 14 blank CSV/XLSX templates and presentation materials. No proprietary source code, seller tools or preloaded business dataset is supplied.
How can I track agreement expiry and renewal dates?
Record each agreement’s dates and status, then use search, filters and the dashboard to find items requiring follow-up. Your team organises reminders and updates the validation information in the partner record.
Is AccordPilot suitable for an international relations office?
The software helps organise partner records and agreements, and prepare Letter of Intent (LoI), Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and Erasmus+ document drafts. Documents must be reviewed and approved under your organisation’s procedures.
